Medium intense aromatics of blood orange, cantaloupe, pear and flowers.The palate is medium body with fresh acidity but all balanced by ripe orchard fruit and orange notes and good length.

Tasting Notes
A fuller and rounder style than the 2021 that is more classically Eclipse white in its aromatic and flavor expressions. Medium intense aromatics of blood orange, cantaloupe, pear and flowers.The palate is medium body with fresh acidity but all balanced by ripe orchard fruit and orange notes and good length.
Winemaker Notes
Each of the lots/varieties were harvested and fermented separately at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation the wines simply settled and cold stabilized while we worked on the blending percentages. The wine was assembled early in 2022 and fined with bentonite before being filtered and bottled.
Food Pairing Notes
A great crowd pleaser and aperitif, but also wonderful with roasted chicken and simple salads or a fleshier fish like salmon grilled with as citrus salsa.
