Riesling is an extremely versatile grapes capable of producing world-class wines in all styles from one dry to sparkling to intensely sweet. No other grape is able to express itself through this full stylistic spectrum with such grace and elegance. Riesling is able to do so both because of its high natural acidity and potential to develop high sugar levels.
For many years Heron Hill Winery has produced a full spectrum of Rieslings including single-vineyard Rieslings from Ingle Vineyard to Late Harvest dessert wines, and one of our most popular wines is the ever-versatile Classic Semi-Dry Riesling.
