The Heron Hill Winery facility has an unbeatable view, spectacular tasting hall, award-winning wines and is
the perfect location to host a corporate event, meeting, fundraiser, private dinner or special occasion. Travel + Leisure named our tasting hall as one of the ten most spectacular tasting rooms in the world!
We have three event location options for consideration:
The Tent
200-person capacity tent for weddings, corporate parties and events. A Majestic Eureka Genesis tent with four peaks plus removable sides. The tent is available from June to October and is completely customizable. It’s located on a fully carpeted foundation overlooking beautiful Keuka Lake.
Included in the Tent rental:
Heron Hill Winery support personnel, full access to our tasting hall & gift shop until 8pm, round tables, white fan backed chairs, tent heaters, tent sides, 20’ x 20’ dance floor, handcrafted oak bar, stage (optional) and use of our elegant conference room.
The Tasting Hall
50-person capacity tasting hall for cocktail parties, fundraisers and meetings. The tasting hall is available from December to April. It’s been chosen as one of the ten most spectacular tasting halls in the world by Travel + Leisure magazine!
Included in the Tasting Hall rental:
Heron Hill Winery support personnel, full access to our gift shop until 8pm, round tables and white fan backed chairs. A custom chandelier hangs over the beautiful hand-crafted conference table. This room is the ideal setting for those much needed out-of-the-office meetings, special dinners, or private wine tastings.
The Conference Room
12-person capacity private conference room for meetings and conferences. The conference room is available Monday - Thursday, year-round and is the perfect setting for a smaller group. There is a custom chandelier that hangs over a hand-crafted conference table creating an elegant ambiance.
