Our Magnificent Facility - SPECTACULAR VIEWS
Our majestic Genesis Event Tent accommodates up to a maximum of 170 guests, and is located on a fully carpeted foundation overlooking beautiful Keuka Lake.
INCLUDED IN THE TENT RENTAL IS AS FOLLOWS:
Heron Hill support personnel, full access to our Tasting Hall & Gift Shop until 8pm, round tables, white fan backed chairs, tent heaters, tent sides, 20’ x 20’ dance floor, handcrafted oak bar, stage (optional) and
use of our elegant conference room.
Services Included - WORLD-CLASS AMBIENCE
The Tasting Hall and Gift Shop will remain open until 8pm. There is a 20% discount on wine purchased by your guests during the reception. The wine purchased during the reception is strictly for off-premise consumption per New York State law.
Our winery conference room is included in the facility rental. Utilization of this room must be approved by our event coordinator.
Ceremonies - OVERLOOKING KEUKA LAKE
The beautifully landscaped lawn overlooking Keuka Lake is an ideal setting for a wedding ceremony.
Beverage Packages - HERON HILL WINES, BEER & OTHER BEVERAGES
There are two wine packages to choose from, the Keuka View Package and the Barrell Cellar Package. There is also the option to include beer, soda and water.
Floor Layout Sample - UNDER THE TENT
The floor plan for under the tent is able to be customized to fit your needs. The entrance to the tent is on the left side along with the winery. As your guests enter the magnificent tent, they will find the welcome table. This can hold photographs, place cards, flower displays and anything else you would like to present.
The bars are located to the right of the entrance, giving easy access for your guests to acquire wine and other beverages. The buffet is set up at the opposite end of the entrance giving your catering service ample room to set up along that side of the tent.
The maximum capacity for the tent is 170 people. There are 25 tables available plus a Sweetheart Table. The Sweetheart Table shown has room for the bride and groom but can be adjusted to fit your entire bridal party. The dance floor is made of a vinyl coated wooden platform that is perfect for your after reception dancing!
