Hooping Happy Hour with Jackie Nixon! Come play, have fun and dance to some funky music all while getting a workout in!
Hooping is a low impact workout that can burn up to 400 calories per hour. Suitable for all skill levels!
Jackie has been hula hooping for 15 years and has been teaching classes, workshops and performing for over 5 years while continuing her education.
She structures her classes so that everyone has successes and breakthroughs. Different size hoops are available & provided to use so you are guarenteed to find a right fit.
Each class is 1 hour long and includes a glass of wine at the end for $15. Please wear comfortable clothing - form fitting & natural fibers are ideal!
