Join us for a one hour of a yoga or hula hooping class followed by a glass of wine at our Blue Heron Café located overlooking the beautiful Keuka Lake.
Yoga Instructed by Dakota De Dreu and Jackie Nixon. Dakota has been a yoga practitioner since 2010. In 2015, she completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training in interdisciplinary yoga practices. Expect to be lead through postures, breath work and meditation to promote ultimate vibrancy and relaxation.
Hooping instructed by Jackie Nixon. She has been hula hooping for 15 years and has been teaching classes, workshops and performing for over 5 years. Hula hooping is a fun, low-impact workout that is guarenteed for success of all levels!
Please bring your own mat and water. Some mats are available. Hoops will be provided.
$15/ class which includes glass of wine.
