Join us for a one hour class followed by a glass of wine at our Blue Heron Café located overlooking the beautiful Keuka Lake.
Instructor, Jackie Nixon, has been hula hooping for 15 years and has been teaching classes, workshops and performing for over 5 years. Hooping is a low impact workout that can burn up to 400 calories per hour! Don’t think you can hoop or it’s been ages since you have? Don’t worry! Jackie structures her classes so that every student will have successes and breakthroughs. Come play, dance and have fun to some funky music!
$15/ class with a complimentary glass of wine. Hoops are provided.
