Join us for a one hour class followed by a glass of wine at our Blue Heron Café located overlooking the beautiful Keuka Lake.
Instructed by Dakota De Dreu. Dakota has been a yoga practitioner since 2010. In 2015, she completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training in interdisciplinary yoga practices. Expect to be lead through postures, breath work and meditation to promote ultimate vibrancy and relaxation before indulging in a delicious glass of Heron Hill wine.
Please bring your own mat and water. Some mats are available.
$15/ class which includes glass of wine.
