 Wine Characteristics A very structured single-vineyard Riesling that displays classic Riesling mineral and citrus character, lemon, lime and stone frame this regal Riesling. The fruit forward wine has a distinct melon character that reveals itself in each vintage. As all fine Rieslings should, this wine finishes crisp and clean. The winery’s most consistent gold medal winner, both here and abroad.
Food Pairings Well balanced enough to be enjoyed on it’s own. Pairs well with lighter meals and with hard cheese, sausage and apples, onion tart, fish and seafood (especially shrimp or oysters).
