2006 Ingle Vineyard Riesling

2006 Ingle Vineyard Riesling

Wine Characteristics
A very structured single-vineyard Riesling that displays classic Riesling mineral and citrus character, lemon, lime and stone frame this regal Riesling.  The fruit forward wine has a distinct melon character that reveals itself in each vintage. As all fine Rieslings should, this wine finishes crisp and clean. The winery’s most consistent gold medal winner, both here and abroad.

Food Pairings
Well balanced enough to be enjoyed on it’s own.  Pairs well with lighter meals and with cheese, sausage and apples, onion tart, fish and seafood (especially shrimp or oysters).  Try it with Curried Shrimp and Basil Crispy Spring Rolls with Habanero, Mango and Ginger Chutney.
