2011 Late Harvest Vidal Blanc
This consummate late harvest wine exhibits peach and mango aromas balanced by an exotic, spicy finish that invites another taste.
Tropical fruit and passion fruit explode on the palate along with concentrated flavors of candied papaya, dried peaches, and a hint of quince. This very expressive wine has exotic aromas and a balanced mouthfeel. Grapes are left sweet and dehydrated by several hard frosts before harvest.

Complement the complexity of this dessert wine with a simple vanilla custard or classic cheesecake. It would also pair wonderfully with poached pears or Crêpes Suzette.
