Intense aromatics of violets, cherry, strawberry and earthy beetroot like notes. The palate is light to medium bodied with fresh acids and silky tannins with wonderful floral and red fruit character and a medium length finish.

The 2021 Baco is an interesting take on power meets elegance. The intensity and profile of stewed fruit, dried flowers and dried herbs is all about uber ripe power, but the palate is still lean and acidity driven with freshness keeping the wine lively, food friendly and inviting.

This ruby colored dessert wine is fortified with grape brandy to stabilize the wine for long-term aging. Aged over 2 years in French and American oak barrels.
