Food Pairing Notes
Pair with tomato sauces and medium meats like veal. It would also be stunning with a spaghetti Bolognese topped with fresh shaved parmigiana Reggiano.

Had the pleasure of coming into Heron Hill in October for a wine tasting. I normally can't drink red wine due to allergies. This Baco Noir was outstanding! I enjoyed it and had no issues. Bought several bottles and ordering more now from home.
