2nd Course: “Butternut Because” Soup. Paired with Heron Hill Reserve Chardonnay, Macri Vineyards
3rd Course: Chile-Braised Short Ribs with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and  Glazed Carrots with Marjoram. Paired with Heron Hill Ingle Vineyard Cabernet Franc
4th Course: “Just the Best” Apple Pie with Cheddar Cheese…because as Nancy’s Dad always said, “Apple pie without cheese is like a kiss without a squeeze!” Paired with Heron Hill Reserve Late Harvest Vidal Blanc
