A single vineyard Cabernet Franc grown in Heron Hill's owner, John Ingle's vineyard on the West side of Canandaigua Lake.

This ruby colored dessert wine is fortified with grape brandy to stabilize the wine for long-term aging. Aged over 2 years in French and American oak barrels.
