Tasting Notes
A medium straw colored wine with vivid
aromatics of peach, nectarine and wet
stone. The palate is medium to full with
with vibrant fruit reminiscent of cantaloupe,
grapefruit, apricot and peach. With bracing
acidity and a long finish
Winemaker Notes
Cool Fermented in stainless steel tanks
over the course of 28 days, assembled
and allowed to rest before being fined
with bentonite, filtered and bottled in
August.
