A nearly opaque ruby wine with blue tones, this Baco has abundant aromas of bramble, rasin, black currant, and earthy tones. It is medium to full bodied with fresh acidity leading to a long fruit driven finish.
September 8th, 2020
Aged 10 months in Neutral French Oak.
A dark purple and powerful Baco Noir with plum, raisin, cranberry, and juniper on the nose. The palate is quite restrained for a Baco. It has greate density and a firm structure but the acidity while prevalent, is kept well in check for this variety. It is a bit of a beast of a wine with its power. This will be a great wine for the cellar up to 15 years.

Food Pairing Notes
With Baco’ natural acidity this is a greate candidate for tomato based dishes. Think some basic pasta Pomodoro or even better, Bolognese. It will also be a great wine for cheese plates with sharp cheddars, pecorino or parmigina Reggiano.
